Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Gasperety ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. The Number Ownership Model

Gasperety issues 1,000 unique numbers (1–1000). Each number may be owned by exactly one person at a time. Ownership is recorded in the Gasperety public registry.

• Numbers 1–100 are sold via auction only
• Numbers 101–1000 are available at a fixed price equal to their number value in USD
• Each number is a one-of-one — no duplicates are ever issued
• Ownership includes a physical hoodie and digital ownership certificate

3. Purchases

All purchases are final unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase you confirm:

• You are at least 18 years old
• Payment information provided is valid and belongs to you
• You accept that the number you purchase is removed from general sale permanently

4. Physical Products

A custom hoodie is included with every number purchase. Production and shipping timelines are provided at checkout. Gasperety is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

5. Marketplace & Resale

Owners may list their number for resale on the Gasperety Marketplace. Gasperety charges a 10% platform fee on all resale transactions. Resale of the physical hoodie is the responsibility of the parties involved — Gasperety facilitates the digital ownership transfer only.

6. Auctions

Auction bids are binding. By placing a bid you agree to complete the purchase if you are the winning bidder. Failure to complete payment will result in account suspension and the number being re-listed.

Gasperety reserves the right to cancel an auction at any time before it ends.

7. Accounts

• You may only create one account per person
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Accounts found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms will be suspended
• Usernames must not impersonate others or contain offensive language

8. Intellectual Property

The Gasperety name, G$ logo, and all platform design assets are the exclusive property of Gasperety. Purchasing a number grants you personal ownership rights over that number within the Gasperety ecosystem — it does not grant you rights to the Gasperety brand or trademarks.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gasperety is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gasperety is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
